In my weekend browsing I stumbled across two recipes that will be made in my kitchen in short order. Both recipes come from the legume variety. The first,Lima Bean Stew w/ Arugula, is from Mark Bittman and is replete with yuppy-winter-goodness. The later (from food blog sevenspoons.net) is a play on baked beans using lentils.
